The Adval Tech Group, listed on the stock exchange, is a globally active industrial partner specializing in the development and production of technologically advanced components and assemblies made from metal, light metal, and plastic for the Automotive, Medical and Consumer business.

In our role as supplier and value creation partner, we cover the entire value chain: from product development and prototyping through tool development to component production and assembly. 
The headquarters of the Adval Tech Group are in Switzerland. The Group operates seven production plants: in Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, China, Malaysia, Mexico, and Brazil. In Hungary, our primary focus is the production of metal and plastic components for the automotive industry.

We are looking for our site in Szekszárd, Hungary for the position Project Manager.

TASKS

  • Identify customer requirements in collaboration with the Key Account Manager and integrate them into the Adval Tech organization
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses
  • Develop product calculations and production equipment investment overviews and
    create quotation presentations
  • Take full responsibility for the project after the handover from the acquisition team
  • Develop key project plans: Budget, timing plan, cash flow, and status protocol as well as project kick-off presentation
  • Oversee key release processes: Prepare customer release action plans and request limited production releases, conduct lessons learned assessments and manage project handovers, complete Gate Review 05
  • Facilitate supplier and customer production releases

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry and minimum 2 years experience in project related areas 
  • Knowledge of quality requirements and procedures in the (automotive) industry, particularly in stamping and forming, metals, and/or lightweight materials/plastics
  • Knowledge in Management System IATF 16949 / ISO 9001: 2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
  • Solid understanding in Quality systems, FMEA, APQP validation process
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset (German)
  • Advanced user skills in common Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and project management systems (e.g., MS Projects / Gant)
